Hello, my name is Jamie.
I am a Judge at the Great Taste Award, Beer Sommelier with the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, and member of The British Guild of Beer Writers. Here is a photo of me getting excited about some amazing beers. This is a daily occurrence! So yes, I am a certified beer nut. Have been for over 20 years. My goal is to give beer fans, like you, maximum control, variety and quality with their craft beer subscription so that the only question you should ever need to ask is “Which glorious beer will I try next?”
Why the name Beer Dad? Well, this is who I am. I love my beer and I love my boy Johnny - both full time occupations, and I am dedicated to giving both all my love and attention.
I want to provide a service for the discerning, curious craft beer drinker. These fans have an insatiable thirst for great tasting beer and want imaginative selections that stimulate the taste buds. What they don’t necessarily have, is the time to research the grand world of craft beer month after month after month. They don’t want to waste money on “experiments” and untested hype brands. And, they want to save up to £14 a month because our subscription passes those saving on to them. So, each month 8 Craft Beers are compiled together and YOU can chose which box you want.
I will always guarantee a minimum 6 pints of beer per box, and you will be taken on a journey discovering sensational, flavour-forward brews from the UK and abroad.
